I want to start out by saying Willis is an awesome, honest, and down to earth man. Told me up front “it could be a cheap repair or a pricey one depending on what I find”, then gave me the price range. Dropped it off at 9am, around 2 pm he called me to let me know what was wrong with it and told me the price. Wayyyyy cheaper than I expected! He asked if I wanted him to do it. I said heck yea. He said, “alright, I’ll break my neck to get it done by 5pm.” I showed up at 4 pm, I walk up to the truck and he was grinning with his hand over the a/c vent, he said “feel that” lol. He even showed me the broken components and explained why it wasn’t working. 10/10 recommend him! He even told me about his fishing spot.

This place is very honest and efficient. I was told by autozone that my accelerator was very bad and needed to be replaced within a week. They said they sold them but couldn’t replace it for me so I had to look else where. I called many other auto shops near by where A) they only work on cars if you bought their parts, or B) they all quoted me an estimate of $200-600 for just the labor. I called up Willis and they gave my a great quote and told me they could squeeze me in and finish it on the same day. Brought the car by and they said the info didn’t sound right. Checked my battery and accelerator and said nothing was wrong with it and that advised me to return the part and save my money, that it was likely just mechanic glitch that caused battery warning. Thank you for being honest instead of taking advantage of the situation! I will now on only be coming to this shop and bringing friends/family here.
